It has now been 4 weeks since the date they claim to have send the Bank Draft. I personally don’t think that the company is trying to deny you the entitled payment. Usually, in larger organizations, these things happen because of technical malfunctions and mess in management and in small companies, it tends to happen because of incompetence of the staff. In your situation however, it seems to be the second case. We get plenty of similar complaints when it comes to small online casinos.

Once, I got a chance to survey a process of training of a new employee in one of the ‘micro’ online casinos. The whole process took no longer than 30 minutes.
