TruePoker.com withdrawal problem
I just wanted to tell you that the site TruePoker needs to be put into a blacklist. No joke. I have cashed out $105 in the beginning of September, like 9 weeks ago and still didn’t receive my money. They keep on telling me to wait and that another bank draft has been issued (like 3 weeks ago) and I still have not received. I know it’s not the mail because I received several packages from California (I live in Montreal) that were sent just over a week ago.
What’s worst is that I have specifically requested for the funds to be wired to me directly into my checking account so that we both have a record but those Emails were completely ignored. They were like, no we’ll send you a check, that check never got here and upon request for wire, they then told me about the re-issuing of the bank draft. Does it all magically disappear in the mail?
The declining US dollar over that period went from 1.33CDN to 1.19CDN… that’s a dead loss of $15 for me (if I ever receive the draft in the upcoming week that is).
