Fraud or incompetence ?

…I have cashed out $105 in the beginning of September, like 9 weeks ago and still didn’t receive my money….
…What’s worst is that I have specifically requested for the funds to be wired to me directly into my checking account so that we both have a record but those Emails were completely ignored. ….

I personally don’t think that the company is trying to deny you the entitled payment. Usually, in larger organizations, these things happen because of technical malfunctions and mess in management and in small companies, it tends to happen because of incompetence of the staff. In your situation however, it seems to be the second case. We get plenty of similar complaints when it comes to small online casinos.

Once, I got a chance to survey a process of training of a new employee in one of the ‘micro’ online casinos. The whole process took no longer than 30 minutes. After the ‘training’, the dumbfound employee started to work with software that took care of withdrawal process. After couple of weeks she finally learned how to perform the withdrawals properly, but I just can’t image how much headache she caused to those clients that got a chance to deal with her in the meanwhile.

I always suggest everyone to play on large gambling sites only. One of the signs of a responsible gambling company is availability of 24/7 live support. You should definitely avoid the ones that say something like: ‘Support is available 7 days a week from 10am - 2am EST’ Something must be wrong here. If you have a situation where your money is at stake due to some malfunction, you don’t want to wait until the next day to resolve it.
