True Poker problem - update on the story
It has now been 4 weeks since the date they claim to have send the Bank Draft. I reported them to another Casino reviewer and he spoke to them, they told him (indirectly) that they weren’t going to pay me. They claim to have send the draft long ago and that they cannot cancel it. Although they told him that, they have IGNORED my last 3 Emails.
Today, they told me that they need my NETeller’s account number so that they can pay me through NETeller. I gave it to them. And they told me to wait a few hours. I was happy thinking that I would finally get my money. A few hours later, I called back, they told me to give it a few more hours. THEN, when I called back in the evening, the guy told me they were still waiting to receive the draft back, which they apparently sent on October 15th and I, after 5 weeksm STILL haven’t received. So we are back to square one again. I don’t know how long this will last. Oh and, by the way, I now have to call them international long distance for every bit of information because they completely ignore Emails.
