Casino is right!

I don’t know much about American employee’s rights and law, but when I spend my money in the Las Vegas casinos I would prefer to see “the seductively dressed female cocktail servers” more than fat “costumed beverage servers” whose “weight is NOT associated with job performance.”
According to McNally’s logic Broadway’s theaters have no right to fire dancers who gain weight. |
