ANGRY AND WAITING

Crystal Palace Casino

We put hundreds of dollars into Crysal Palace Casino and when
it was time to take the winnings out we are having problems. We won
the money over 3 months ago and are still waiting. This Casino is a
Scam. DONT BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Cinema Casino. Miss this Casino …

Their Web site promo states you will receive the match bonus within 5-8 Hours after initial deposit. Well it took over 12 hours for me to receive it, and thats only after me contacting live support twice. Then I contacted them again regarding my click2pay bonus as stated on their web page promo, well guess what they said their web site states
“ongoing” click2pay bonus and to them that means the click2pay bonus will be applied on my 2nd deposit (thats the meaning of “ongoing” to them.) I guess I will not receive it due to the fact I will not be making a second deposit at their casino. ***Went through my deposit and their match bonus very fast. The background music is very annoying and you
can not turn it off without turning of the slot sounds.***The atmosphere is not friendly; its cold and you feel like your being watched, especially at the slots. Do yourself a favor miss this Casino,and avoid the
frustration.

ClubPlayerCasino.com. This is one of the worst casino’s …

This is one of the worst casino’s i have played at! It is supposably a “clasiic”, “going to stick around for a while”, casino. But although I have gotten my cashouts each time, they say 5-7 business days, AFTER the 7 days has come and gone I contact customer support via liveperson (this is one of the good features) most of the time i end up waiting for 20 minutes after i type in my question to even get an acknolegde that i am even there, then they always follow with “let me check your account” which aperently their computers are from the 1950’s because it takes them half an hour to access my account, then they almostalways reply with “your withdrawl will be processed by the end of the business day today, for sure”. well i do wait the day, then the next day (99% of the time wasnt processed) i contact them back. i wait the same 20 mins before they know I’m alive,, the same half hour to access my account, and then get the responce “your withdrawl will be processed b!y the end of the business day today, for sure”!!!! by the 3rd day i usually phone their 800# and when i talk to someone the usually say
“please contact us in a couple hours via liveperson”. Well i’m not gonna repeat it again but your know what happens when i contact them in a couple hours. By the 4th or 5th day SUPRIZE…… it gets processed. Then i have to wait 24-48 hours for the funds to get to my online account :-( . Since i started playing here I have cashed out a total of about 50 times, the first 5 or so went smoothly, but after that, there wasnt a single one that was processed on time.

Problems from BlackWidow

I am having problems getting a casino that I have played at for some time now to send me a withdrawal and I found our web site and found it very interesting. The casino I am reffering to is BlackWidow. I feel as if I am getting the run around with these people and what concerns me is that at there casino they have these progressive slots that have not had in play for some time now and they say that its temporaly and some of there card tables cant be played

When I ask about my withdrawal I am told that there is a back log and it will be processed soon or I ask to chat with the finical department and they tell me that the finical manager is unavailable.

Well I dont know if you can be of any help to me I guess I just need to fuss to some one. But I think that they should be on your list to avoid. thank you.

Casino 777 Dragons Problem

I play Video Poker at 777 Dragons . The last time I played, the game slowed down and eventually stopped. Once it did come back my money $75 went Very quick . I have complained about the pronlem to 777 but they say it is a problem with Micro… Also when the casino is first loading the Graph goes up to 207% .. Micro said it was a one time thing but this is still happening and that first time was 8 days ago . I tried contacting Microgamming but I cant find an Email adress and 777 wont give it to me ..

Cirrus Casino Fraud

I won a jackpot and now they have taken all my money a=out of my account and have not told me anything about it. I have a picture of the account history and it shows my withdrawl and the it being deslined and the management taking everything out of the account.

Not sure how to handle this any help would be appericated.

Online Casinos and Internet connections

Anyhow, I called up the customer service to let them know the problem, they accuse me that my internet connection was lost and deny that they have any tech problems. Okie, let’s look at this closely, HOW can my internet connection be lost when I can chat with other players fine? And how can I make other bets but when I try to make a winning one I cannot confirm? How can my internet connection be lost and yet I’m still surfing around on my other window? I think this is not fair at all.

The fact that you were able to chat with other players does not necessarily guarantee that there was no interruption of communication. Theoretically, a short loss of connection can make one Internet application come to a halt but not necessarily have the same effect on the other application. However, having an experience working for an Internet casino, I can state that this reasoning is used very often by online casino technical support staff to explain various problems. Also, a well-developed software should automatically correct most, if not all of the problems that arise due to a short loss of connection.

Unfair game in Golden Palace Casino

This is what happened, their live game experienced serious technical problem lately, and I believe they shouldn’t launch it on if that’s the case. Yet they still do, for a player who bet base on ‘up as you lose’ this is very dangerous, because what if I bet many consecutive losses then finally I want to bet my last one and I got logged out by the dealer? This happen many many times. But those were the times I didn’t really want to bet anyways, so I didn’t think of anything about it. BUT last night, TWICE I had 5 and 6 consecutive losses, on respective 6th and 7th hand, I was going to make a bet, I click on confirm, it WOULD NOT click, I click and click and it just wouldn’t confirm!!! And those were two winning hands, so there goes my hundred dollars down the drain. It wasn’t only me who experience that, other players I chat with in the same room at that time experience that at least 10 times in a shoe (of baccarat).

Anyhow, I called up the customer service to let them know the problem, they accuse me that my internet connection was lost and deny that they have any tech problems. The guy’s customer service is horribe, the worse I’ve ever come across with. He said I’m the only one complaining outa thousands of players, hei, if there are no one complaining does that mean everyone is happy about them? What kind of customer service is that when your customer complain you didn’t deal with it accordingly and accuse your customer of being the ‘only one complaining?’ Well guess what? Just when he deny that they have tech problem, 5 minutes later, the dealer logged out due to tech problem. Okieeeeee……….looks fishy to me.

Another thing I want to warn everyone is the fact that their game is really not fair, the odds are totally different from land casino. If odds are not fair to players, I strongly believe it’s fix somehow, and I know for a fact other players made similar comments not only on this website but in casinowatchdogs was well.

Their withdrawal is a hassle, they request dozens of documents which you’ll fax over, but I can guarantee you it’ll come back saying it’s not clear or it’s not sufficient and such. I’m so disappointed in this casino I just couldn’t understand why it’s in numerous blacklist yet they still can claim themselves as a #1 internet casino? Please watch out for this one, as well as their sister sites, one of them is Grand on Line.

VEGAS VILLA CHEATED ME AND WILL PROBABLY CHEAT YOU TOO!!!

Vegas Villa has cheated me out of my own money a few months ago! My roomate signed there first and then I did second, not knowing that this casino among others, does not allow two accounts from the same IP address. Well, the casino, allowed me to register the second account anyway! So, few days thereafter, I went ahead and deposited $50 dollars because of the great promotional offer of 100% on the first deposit. The casino cashier accepted my CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT OF $50 and then my bonus was added too! However, after all of this, Vegas Villa locks my account at the very same time I am playing at their casino!!!!!!!!! I explained that I did not know that my roomate allready opened an account with them, so they asked me to send in some type of pictured identification, electric bill with my mailing address, and, back and front copies of the credit card I used to make the $50 deposit. So, I sent all my information requested and at first, they told me they were not getting my emails which be the way contained detailed and private information about me via online. Finally, they recieved my information. Well, then it was, everything was fine, except that my drivers license was unclear, so they say, and that my account can not be opened until I send them a clearer copy of me!! I have sent this same information (photo I.D.) 3 more time and to three other casinos using my same exact jpg and bit file that I sent to Vegas Villa. Those casinos gladly and quickly validated my information with no problems and I am still a registerd user to those casinos!!! So, I sent my photo I.D. 4 more times, and still have not heard a word!!!! Oh by the way you guys, I was still charged the $50 on my credit card from Vegas Villa, but my account with them is STILL LOCKED!! So play at your own risk. I just wanted to share my story so Vegas Villa will not scam you too!!!!!!

What does site design and customer support have to do with whether the games are fair? I have enough history with Intercasino to know that if you play blackjack against the computer, the results are determined by the size of the bet. They love to boast about winning percentages but there is such a wild disparity between winning table minimum bets and winning bets that are larger. The higher the bet, the quicker the software will penalize the player, normally with the dealer getting a 20 or blackjack. They make no secret of the fact that your odds change based on how much you bet. They are very obvious about it.

Table games including black jack, roulette and craps all seem tilted to where there is less than a 45% chance of winning. This is for both the flash games and the downloadable. I have lost $6,000 in past six weeks betting an average of under $10 per hand..

I would estimate that for black jack casino wins a minimum of 65% of hands.

Fortune Lounge Casino

I have been cheated twice by the fortune lounge group of casinos. The first was by Fortune Room. I had a winning hand in which I had wagered $30.00US. Fortune Room admitted that the hand was a winning hand, however, I never received a payout.

AFter a so call “investigation”, I still haven’t receive my payout. It has been 2 months already. Second, I was cheated out of a $60.00 bonus due to the paradoxical rules in which fortune lounge had posted on their “terms & conditions” page. Within 2 months, I have been cheated twice by the fortune lounge group of casinos.

Grand Banks Casino

I’ve played at grand banks for years and have wagered thousands,I finally won and tryed to withdraw $1500.00 I knew I had to wait 7-10 business days for them to process my winning. after this time frame plus three more days my money still sits in the pending withdraw position. Ive called, e-mailed and all they will tell me is to be patient.the money is to go into my pre-paid atm acct, so the last feedback letter about grandbanks is not entirely true. this is very frustrating. they tell me they can’t help at support because its in the hands of thier financial dept. and he’s on vacation. what a joke.

Does anyone have a thought on what I can do?
