The truth behind the online gambling ban

One publication wrote it this way:

It was a dark, dank night in Washington D.C., when the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act was ferreted into law on the back of a Port Security Bill. The bill sponsored by House by Reps. Jim Leach, R-Iowa, and Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., and backed in the Senate by Majority Leader Bill Frist, R-Tenn, rejoiced with religious fervor, as it was touted the most important family values legislation EVER considered by lawmakers.

This video covers the topic so well, I don’t know what could reasonably be added. If you ever wanted to know who paid what to whom in order to represent which special interests in order to outlaw online gambling, here’s your answer.

Protest for Freedom Scheduled for Nov. 3-4 in Washington D.C.

Filed under: — News Admin @ 11:04 am

A protest has been scheduled for November 3-4 in Washington D.C. This will be a peaceful, yet demonstrative protest given by frustrated American citizens who would like to let our future leaders know that we want our freedom back in America.

This protest is not only about internet gambling, online poker, or government wire tapping. This is about the United States government taking away personal freedoms that were guaranteed to us in the Constitution.

This protest is about Americans who demand that we get our personal freedoms back.

They have taken away our ability to use our own finances in whatever way we please. They are taking away are freedoms one by one and this has to stop!

In this protest there will be questions raised that Americans want answered, such as, where do our legislators draw the line between a free society and complete government control over our individual lives?

For those not in the know, know this, while millions of Americans safely played poker online one Friday night, Senator Bill Frist attached anti-internet gambling legislation to a completely unrelated Port Security Bill that only few members of Congress knew about. The bill passed because no one could vote against a Port Security measure, yet many members of both the House and Senate were baffled as to how such a hugely unrelated measure could also be attached.

Senator Frist came out to Southern Baptists a few days later in a letter explaining how he achieved his goal of appeasing his conservative backers. Frist said that he is anti-gambling because gambling contributes to the destruction of American families, yet he has accepted large sums of campaign contributions from Harrah’s Entertainment.

There is corruption in the United States government and Americans want it stopped, now!

We are requesting that offshore casinos send mass emails to their player base explaining that there will be a large scale protest on November 3-4 in Washington D.C.

We are requesting that the mass media of the United States pay some attention to the freedoms that this government has taken away from us.

We are requesting that all Americans who want to live in the free country that they once so loved, come and fight to get it back. Three days before elections would be a perfect time to be heard.

This is short notice, but we are requesting all speakers, organizers, and other interested parties to promote us in our fight to get America back.

Cinema Casino. Miss this Casino …

Their Web site promo states you will receive the match bonus within 5-8 Hours after initial deposit. Well it took over 12 hours for me to receive it, and thats only after me contacting live support twice. Then I contacted them again regarding my click2pay bonus as stated on their web page promo, well guess what they said their web site states
“ongoing” click2pay bonus and to them that means the click2pay bonus will be applied on my 2nd deposit (thats the meaning of “ongoing” to them.) I guess I will not receive it due to the fact I will not be making a second deposit at their casino. ***Went through my deposit and their match bonus very fast. The background music is very annoying and you
can not turn it off without turning of the slot sounds.***The atmosphere is not friendly; its cold and you feel like your being watched, especially at the slots. Do yourself a favor miss this Casino, and avoid the
frustration.

People cheat casinos

• One scam sees cheats mark the cards. A conman once grew his thumbnail into a point so that he could make tiny indentations. He was caught but never convicted.

Card crimping is similar to card marking, but crimpers use tiny folds.

• Scanners use technology to gain an unfair advantage. The Met’s gaming unit recently arrested three roulette gamblers who allegedly stole £1.3 million at the Ritz last year using a computerised scanner hidden in a mobile phone. In that case, there was not enough evidence to prosecute.

• The Met unit recently found a minute camera hidden in a gambler’s cuff. In this con, an associate in a nearby room or car sees the pictures and passes on information to another player.

• A legal trick gamblers can try is card counting. It uses a system of remembering which cards are dealt in order to predict which will come up.

Casino Tropez Bonus Policy

Filed under: — David Folker @ 7:42 am

I find casino tropez’s promotional policy ridiculous as well. I made a deposit of $100 and they matched it, however I found out that I have to wager 8 times my (deposit + bonus) to be eligible for any winnings. 8 x $200 = $1600

The thing with it is, most of the popular casino games does not count towards the required $1600 wager. http ://www.casinotropez.com/bonus.html Bets placed on all versions of Baccarat, Craps, all versions of Roulette, all versions of Sic Bo, all Video Poker games, Blackjack Switch and Blackjack Surrender will not be counted toward wagering requirements..

Full comment …

I would disagree with the author of this comment. The rules of a bonus to which he refers are almost identical for all online casinos, and it’s a sort of a standard for online gambling. I have not come across an online casino that would not require to wager a certain amount before they allow to make a withdrawal. Moreover, I have to note that the demand to wager eight times (deposit + bonus) sounds very reasonable in comparison with demands of other online casinos.

For example, in Royal Dice casino, you have to wager that amount 20 times.

“All PLAY BONUS credits are for wagering purposes only. (No withdrawal will be honoured for an amount less than the PLAY BONUS. Upon a withdrawal request (regardless of the number of deposits), any amount up to the equivalent value of the PLAY BONUS will be deducted from your play balance or winnings prior to settlement. The first credits wagered will be deducted from your deposit(s) rather than from the PLAY BONUS). In the interest of fair gaming in order to cash out any amount of money you must wager at least twenty (20) times your bonus plus deposit.”

Online Casinos and Internet connections

Filed under: — David Folker @ 8:22 pm

Anyhow, I called up the customer service to let them know the problem, they accuse me that my internet connection was lost and deny that they have any tech problems. Okie, let’s look at this closely, HOW can my internet connection be lost when I can chat with other players fine? And how can I make other bets but when I try to make a winning one I cannot confirm? How can my internet connection be lost and yet I’m still surfing around on my other window? I think this is not fair at all.
From : Unfair game in Golden Palace Casino

The fact that you were able to chat with other players does not necessarily guarantee that there was no interruption of communication. Theoretically, a short loss of connection can make one Internet application come to a halt but not necessarily have the same effect on the other application. However, having an experience working for an Internet casino, I can state that this reasoning is used very often by online casino technical support staff to explain various problems. Also, a well-developed software should automatically correct most, if not all of the problems that arise due to a short loss of connection.

BET ROYAL ONLINE CASINO?

Filed under: — David Folker @ 11:05 pm

I WANT TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST BET ROYAL ONLINE CASINO?

If you are talking about this site: http://www.betroyalcasino.com, then we do not have any information nor complaints regarding this online casino.

This casino is running software from a well-known provider, PlayTech, and according to our observations, online casinos that are based on their software tend to be very reputable.

There is only one detail that caught our attention, and this was the following phrase from the Home section of the website: “Playing Winners Since 1995″. If you look at their domain name registration info for betroyalcasino.com, it shows that the name was registered in 2001, and PlayTech company whose software they are using was established in 1999. Nevertheless, it may just be a typical marketing trick.

However, if you are talking about royalbet.com in your letter, in this case we would recommend to pick another casino next time, and here is the reason why: Click here

Online Casino Deposit Options

Filed under: — David Folker @ 9:53 pm

i want to win money with out any credit card thats posibble?

Guys from City Club casino agreed to comment on the topic. Here’s an excerpt:

Non-credit card holders - Persons not carrying credit cards have a variety of depositing options:

First, EFT (electronic fund transfers) deposits have become widespread throughout the industry and many players opt for this depositing method. Vendors such as www.neteller.com accommodate the needs of players with no credit cards.

Wire transfers, and bank drafts are also very widely used, but they provide a less speedy depositing solution.

Checks with American funds issued by a non-American bank:
Accepted, but player will not be able to play until check is cleared.

Online casinos usually accept EFT deposits only from the players who have American or Canadian banking accounts. Unfortunately, many online casinos only accept checks issued by American banks.

I would also like to add that a wide variety of payment options in an online casino is a contributing indication of its reliability.

Online Casino Strategy…

Filed under: — David Folker @ 12:30 pm

I have met gamblers who were entirely convinced that online casino games do not work in a random fashion, but use some sophisticated algorithms that calculate combinations in such as way as not to scare the player to quit the game, and at the same time to suck the money out of him. Based on such conviction, some players think online casinos try to warm up a player in the beginning by allowing them to win, and then rip the players off by decreasing the payout rate slowly. Some authors of strategy books who believe in this theory suggest to pick online casinos with highest bonus and make withdrawal as soon as possible to keep the winnings. I am not planning to explain the details of these strategies, because I am not sure about their effectiveness. To those that like the strategy, I can only recommend “Roxy Palace” online casino.

You should definitely know that in order to make a first withdrawal, you must wager several times the deposit plus the bonus. Usually the number of wagers could vary from 15 to 30 depending on online casino. “Roxy Palace” casino only requires nine wagers before withdrawing your winnings. For instance, if your casino account is credited with a $100 bonus, you need to wager at least ($100 deposit + $100 bonus) x 9 = $1,800 before you can withdraw. Also, this online casino has one of the highest payout rates. All this makes it a great candidate to try out this strategy.

City Club Casino Bonus Rules

Filed under: — David Folker @ 2:50 am

Almost all online casinos offer a welcome bonus. Usually, a player must bet a minimum amount before withdrawing the money. The rule applies to the whole sum on player’s account, regardless of whether it’s a bonus money, winnings or recently deposited amount.

In “City Club Casino”, a player always has a right to withdraw the money. There are some limitations, however, on withdrawals of money that was won by using a bonus. Nevertheless, if a player deposits $200, then loses $10 and decides to withdraw the remaining balance - $190, the system allow to do so. (In order to fully understand the rules that apply to withdrawals, you should visit “Terms and Conditions” section of “City Club Casino”.)

By the way, there exists two versions of “City Club Casino” on the Internett: The Canadian, and US versions. They differ in home page design, but both offer the same quality Playtech games as well as the same promotions and bonus.

Enjoy your gaming. We would highly appreciate if you come back to our website and write a few-line feedback about your gaming experience.

Chocolate Fountain in Casino Bellagio

Filed under: — David Folker @ 3:52 pm

From far down Bellagio’s promenade in the luxurious new Spa Tower, a mesmerizing figure entices curious guests with visual splendor and aromatic wafts: jutting out into the main corridor like the prow of a ship is a glass-enclosed, floor-to-ceiling chocolate fountain emerging from Jean-Philippe Patisserie. Displaying a spectacular series of melted chocolate cascades, this first-of-its-kind spectacle is the tallest chocolate fountain in the world.
